I’m so glad you landed on this page so I could remind you….
I just had to say that because I know all too well how easy it is to forget.
Without realizing it, you can get caught up in the hustle of life…and
Make a habit out of holding yourself back and hiding behind masks, walls, fear and illusion.
Over time, all that care taking, problem solving, situation fixing, people pleasing, juggling and holding it ALL together (all the time) can wear you down and leave you feeling…exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed and… a little bored and blah.
I understand that feeling on a deep, deep level and I know from experience and training how to dig yourself out of the hole and return to your beautiful, powerful, vibrant true self!
You see, I come from over 30 generations of self-sacrificing women (stay tuned for my Viking Princess story) and from spending DECADES delivering corporate priorities - never even considering how I felt or what I wanted. My worth was completely wrapped up in my results and accomplishments.
I hit rock bottom in my happiness and in my health and walked away without a plan.
But a handful of years not to mention blood, sweat, tears and a TON of inner work later…I got it! And I’ve spent the last 10 year teaching 1000’s of women how to feel good on purpose and BE the powerful creator you are born to be.
The worst thing about running at warp speed and running yourself into the ground is…YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU FEEL.
If your heart is saying YES YES YES I’m ready to BE a Powerful Creator of my life…
I invite you to join us for the #IAmVibrant Girl’s Weekend Getaway
CLARITY: You’ll learn how to ask your heart what you REALLY want and listen to the answer. You’ll begin to DREAM again as you practice processes that help you hear your intuition and engage your imagination. You'll get clear on WHAT you want and WHY you want it and most importantly …how to make it happen. (and you’ll clear out the junk that gets in the way including self-doubting thoughts and self-sabotaging habits).
CAPACITY: You’ll practice skills that help you feel and be at ease with your emotions so you can handle what comes your way in life WITHOUT letting it derail you from your dreams. NOTE: this doesn’t mean waiting for situations around you to change so you can have what you want. I’m here to help you build the emotional capacity to have what you want no matter what is happening around you.
COURAGE: Once you know what you want and have the emotional resilience and stability to stay the course in making it happen, you need courage to take action, sometimes buck the system, sometimes let go of what other people think and go forward staying in YOUR flow. I’ve got you covered there too.
And from that high vibration…you will begin to create what you want most in life.
That’s right, because more exciting than anything you will DO this weekend, is who you will BECOME from this experience.
To feel FREE to live your dreams and share your gifts with the world.
And to create….miracles in your life!
Here’s the last thing I want you to know…
Life is meant to be enjoyed and YOU were meant to feel good.
So it’s time to STOP going through the motions in life and START creating AH-MAZING things for yourself.
It’s time to SHAKE THINGS UP!
For a Getaway!!
Can’t wait to see you there.
In devotion to your health and happiness,Yes! Sign Me Up!

It’s a form of resistance.
It’s easier to notice resistance when it pertains to something someone else is doing.
You may already realize this resistance holds you back.
But denying your truth and your real self because of fear of what others will think, or fear of consequence, or because you think it’s the NICE thing to do…is the worst kind of resistance.
Denying your true self pinches off your energy flow and locks you down so tight that even your cells start closing themselves off and can’t absorb nutrition!
Then you start to feel stressed and overwhelmed.
You fall into procrastination and delay tactics.
You might even start to have physical issues and dis-ease.
But no worries, you can restore your true self, body, mind and soul.
"I feel peace where there used to be turmoil. My sleep, cravings and self criticism have calmed down and I have a deeper sense of knowing and loving myself."
"Early memories and programming was brought to the surface and faced and felt and healed."
"I've lost 20 lbs so far. I haven't been in the 100's since before my third child was born. I didn't think I could even lose weight anymore. My mind is more clear, it’s like a fog has lifted with my thoughts. My body doesn't ache like it did before and I have more energy. I have more capacity, I’m not feeling overwhelmed and I can do so much more in a day and be happy about doing it, not overwhelmed. It seems easier to train my brain."
